Rave Experience

Seeking 2-3 Scotland-based professional dancers to help create an original immersive dance film for Rave Experience, premiering at Northern Lights Dumfries in January 2027.

This ambitious new commission will explore a 360° projection environment across four walls, combining performance, costume and digital storytelling. The work is narrative-led, themed around Rave, and centres on three key characters.

Electric Theatre Workshop (Dumfries), in collaboration with Dance Ahead CIC, is seeking talented professional dancers to become part of Rave Experience, a major new immersive production exploring the power of movement, music and shared experience. Bringing together artists working across choreography, animation, film, sound and digital media, the project will create an original 360-degree experience designed to immerse audiences in a visually and emotionally powerful world. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary creative team and contribute to an ambitious new work with future touring aspirations.
